Northwest Gourmet Foods is built on owner Paul Gilroy’s 40 years of experience in the food business. The spark was lit when Paul was 12 years old and his father brought him to the food plant where he was working with BBQ sauce. A few years later it seemed natural to follow his father into the food business.
When Paul joined a local food processing company in 1996, he started a dressing, sauce, and mayonnaise division from scratch. After growing the division for 10 years, Paul decided he was ready to start his own company, so he launched Northwest Gourmet Foods. To expand the company’s offerings, he purchased another company, Royal Pantry Foods, and later purchased two popular retail brands, Skippers and Marina.
As Northwest Gourmet Foods has continued to grow, Paul’s children and other family members have come to work beside him, along with a team of dedicated employees, and they look forward to producing quality foods for generations to come.
